Analytics & Business Intelligence Leader
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, IT, Computer Science or a related field required; Master’s preferred
- Certification / portfolio in Data Science, Business Intelligence preferred
- TDWI, Oracle, BI Tool, and other accredited certification preferred
- 10+ years’ relevant, professional work experience required
- 6+ years of Business Intelligence experience in the health insurance industry, and/or managed-care environment required
- Demonstrated experience running analytics projects required
- Working understanding of Data Science techniques, tools, and programming libraries required
- Knowledge/experience in deployment practices for large scale analytical projects within BI applications required
- Broad familiarity with core data management responsibilities: Relational and Dimensional Modeling techniques, general BI tool administration experience and BI presentation layer design, data/requirements gathering, core RDBMS system knowledge and experience, SQL/data profiling, and/or Big Data technologies required
- Experience managing a small team of technical and business professionals in a DWH setting required
- Experience managing large amounts of data and proficiency using data access tools required
- TDWI, Oracle, BI Tool, and other accredited certification programs within the areas of data warehousing, BI development, and application programming disciplines preferred
- Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Machine-learning, AI certification knowledge/experience preferred

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
