AVP, Clinical Implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing
- Current unrestricted New York State RN license (Required)
- CCM certification (Preferred)
- 10 – 12+ years of relevant, professional work experience, in positions of increasing responsibilities (Required)
- 10+ years of experience in the health care industry (Required)
- 5 – 8+ years of clinical experience (Required)
- 3+ years’ experience managing Commercial Line of business and large group segments (Required)
- Proven experience in working effectively with matrix organizations; building and sustaining working relationships within a
large organization; and partnering with senior management to align area efforts towards overall corporate goals (Required) - Proven track record of managing multiple projects with simultaneous conflicting priority levels and deadlines (Required)
- Ability to effectively write strategic plans, messaging documents, multimedia campaigns, social media, etc (Required)
- Demonstrated clinical skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audience (Required)
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Teams, etc.) (Required)

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
