Business Project Program Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- PMI Certification preferred
- 5 – 8 years of related, professional work experience (R)
- Prior experience related to standards & measurements and processes, including project consultation (R)
- Additional years of experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements (R)
- Proven project management experience including: development and management of multiple budgets related to various projects and or program(s); setting and meeting project milestones; negotiating for resources and ensuring appropriate resource allocation; and successfully managing multiple tasks/projects with competing priorities and deadlines. (R)
- Previous experience in a managed care environment or similar highly regulated industry (P)
- Ability to understand and interpret information and to communicate ideas and information to all audiences (R)
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams) (R)
- Detail oriented; ability to think independently and to identify and resolve issues and impediments to project success (R)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation); ability to build rapport and relationships (R)

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
