Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred. (R)
Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 5 – 8+ years of related, professional work experience. (R)
• 1 – 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in the health plan/payer/insurance space. (R)
• Prior experience related to management and strategy consulting. (R)
• Additional years of experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. (R)
• Able to understand and interpret complex information and synthesize and communicate key information to all audiences. (R)
• Proven large scale project management and/or process improvement leadership including development and management of
multiple projects/program(s); setting and meeting project milestones; negotiating for resources and ensuring appropriate
resource allocation; and successfully managing multiple tasks/projects with competing priorities and deadlines. (P)
• Previous experience in a consulting environment. (P)
• Detail and solution oriented; ability to think independently and to identify and resolve issues and impediments to project
success. (R)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation); ability to build rapport and relationships. (R)
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). (R)
• Technical experience with data lakes, tableau and access. (P)

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
