Business Systems QA Analyst
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of relevant, professional work experience. (R)
- 2+ years’ QA analysis experience, preferably in Healthcare. (R)
- Clear understanding of the purpose, design, construction and maintenance regarding system configuration and accuracy. (R)
- Proficient with MS Office tools, SQL (Oracle or SQL Server); experience working with large volumes of data. (R)
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD 9 & 10 Codes, Diagnosis Codes, Revenue Codes. (R)
- Business Intelligence Experience (Cognos or Tableau). (P)
- Energy, drive and passion for End-to-End excellence and customer experience improvement. (R)
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence management decisions. (R)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills that can be applied across all types of business problems. (R)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, facilitation). (R)
- Solid coaching skills to continuously develop staff core data analysis competencies at vendors. (R)
- Strong exposure to formalized testing strategy and detailed auditing principles and techniques. (R)
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a quantitative analysis or related field; equivalent experience and/or specialized certifications/trainings, may be considered in lieu of the education requirement.
- Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification preferred.

Pay Disclosure

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
