Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years in managed care or group health insurance position with responsibility for Marketing and Sales function (R)
- Experience in consumer facing business; previous experience in a health care, financial services or insurance field (R)
- Demonstrated record of integrity, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels, and influencing others positively (R)
- Excellent leadership skills; and the ability to supervise, motivate, coach, and counsel staff (R)
- Ability to understand, plan and review organizational structures and workflows to increase productivity (R)
- Organizational development and cultural transformation experience (R)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, public speaking, group facilitation) (R)
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to develop marketing and management strategies (R)
- Excellent analytical ability and the ability to identify trends and opportunities (R)
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications (R)

Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
