Customer Experience Analyst
Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Project Management (PMI)/Six Sigma or related certification preferred
Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 3 – 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, project or content management, and/or web development. (R)
• Understanding of customer experience; ability to use metrics to gauge customer satisfaction levels. (R)
• Ability to think analytically, and to identify, research, and resolve complex problems. (R)
• Strong team player, self-starter, and positive catalyst. (R)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.). (R)
• Proficient in web content management systems and analytic platforms. (R)
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audience; ability to engage
effectively with enterprise leadership and technology vendors and partners. (R)
• Must be very detail-oriented and mission-accomplish focused. (R)
• Demonstrated project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. (R)

Pay Disclosure
A good faith estimate of the compensation range for individuals hired to work for the EmblemHealth Family of Companies is provided. This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
