Digital Product Delivery Leader – WellSpark Health
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in an IT, information, or equivalent field of study
- Scrum and Agile certifications required
- 10+ years of relevant, professional work experience required
- 5 years of IT project/program management experience preferred
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master and/or an Agile Coach in support of delivering digital products required
- In-depth knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) required, preferably with experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach required
- In-depth knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives required
- Experience with Jira Software preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, persuasion) with all types/levels of audiences required
- Strong organizational capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines required
- Have strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure required
- High level of proficiency with MS Office required
- Must have strong facilitation, presentation and consensus building skills required

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
