Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related/equivalent field required, advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of relevant work experience (R)
8+ years of DEI strategy experience (R)
2+ years of communication, employer branding and marketing strategy experience (R)
Ability to build consensus across functions and stakeholders (R)
Experience presenting to teams and senior leaders (R)
Proven success and strategic experience engaging and building trust with partners (R)
Ability to be both strategic and tactical (R)
Demonstrated aptitude of communicating clearly and effectively to upper management across all departments (R)
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) skills, including presentation and creative design (R)
Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills (R)
Must demonstrate EmblemHealth values and strong belief in the Company’s mission (R)
