Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Certification in project management/Six Sigma/related preferred.
  • 10 – 12+ years’ experience in Human Resources, in positions of progressively increasing responsibility.
  • 5 – 7+ years’ HRIS experience, including system development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • 3 – 5+ years managing performance of HRIS staff/processes and external consultants.
  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud - HCM, Taleo, and MS Power Business Intelligence Tool.
  • Advanced skills with MS Office, Oracle Cloud – HCM. Taleo, Relational Databases.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audience.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with direct reports, colleagues, and managers.
  • Ability to lead cross functional project teams and manage multiple projects with competing priorities/deadlines.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and recommend/implement solutions to problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
