Director, Operations Quality & Learning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years of relevant, professional work experience required
- 5 years’ experience in positions designed to drive business performance improvement on a full-time basis required
- Hands on experience with analytics and data mining tools and techniques required
- Excellent time management and organization skills required
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal/relationship building) skills required
- Critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills required
- Proven track record of advocacy for customer experience optimization required
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards, and improvement initiatives required
- Proficient with Windows office suite (word processing, database/spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail) required
- Flexibility to accommodate travel to various locations required
- Self-motivated, innovative and flexible required

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
