Director, Treasury
Qualificaitons:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field of study.
- 10+ years of experience in the finance, accounting and treasury functions with a deep knowledge of Treasury functions, cash management, cash forecasting, remittance processing and bank administration demonstrating growth in experience. (R)
- Knowledge of best finance/banking practices, principles and regulations. (R)
- Knowledge of Treasury Workstations and experience working with workstations. (R)
- Additional years of experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. (R)
- Ability to think strategically and serve as a thought partner for enterprise level vision and goals. (R)
- Effective team player with proven track record of collaboration and coordination with other business areas. (R)
- Proven track record of implementing improvements and driving processes on a company-wide scale. (R)
- Strong analytical skills, including attention to detail and a solid grounding in finance, as well as a high energy level. (R)
- Strong leadership skills along with ability to engage and inspire internal and cross functional teams. (R)
- Proficiency and advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe. (R)
- Ability to develop, cultivate and maintain excellent relationships within and external to the Company. (R)
- Proven track record of maintaining the highest ethical standards. (R)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal, relationship building). (R)

Pay Disclosure
A good faith estimate of the compensation range for individuals hired to work for the EmblemHealth Family of Companies is provided. This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business considerations. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
