Head of Procurement
Requirements:
- BA/BS in supply chain management, economics, finance, operations, business or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience including at least 5-10 years of increasing experience at management level for the entire purchasing and contracting functions coupled Supply chain/procurement certifications preferred
- Experience with managing sourced services – health care (payor / provider) experience preferred
- Experience in implementing and maintaining modern sourcing and procurement systems
- Working knowledge of finance and/or accounting in terms of budgeting, cost management, financial accounting, treasury, risk management, etc.
- Acts as change agent to drive and effect organizational change ensuring key deliverables are met
- Ability to lead initiatives based on analytical capabilities which optimize the procurement function’s performance, services and processes
- Creates and communicates a long-term vision, balances short- and long-term goals and keeps own and team's work aligned with overall goals
- Ability to navigate and build effective relationships within a matrix organization

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the work is being performed. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
