Education, Training, Licenses, Certifications
•    Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS); Master’s in Business Administration or Advanced degree in related field preferred.

Relevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•    10+ years’ experience managing business/customer relations/service operations. (R)
•    Additional years of related experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of education requirements. (R)
•    Proven track record of successful project management and QA process execution. (R)
•    Prior Government programs experience. (P)
•    Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience. (R)
•    Strong analytical abilities; critical thinking and problem-solving skills. (R)
•    Experience with process improvement with impact on performance measures.  (R)
•    Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal). (R)
•    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, calculate impacts, and synthesize data into actionable information. (R)
•    Experience as cross functional business partner.  (R)
•    Experience interacting with a multidisciplinary team (IT developers, architects, business operations, Pharmacists, etc.) (R)
•    Strong leadership and exceptional organizational skills (R)
•    Experience adhering to compliance, regulatory and accreditation requirements. (R)
•    Knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). (R)
