VP, CRM Application Delivery
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
PMI-PMP certification preferred
10+ years of relevant work experience in a Applications delivery leadership setting
Application delivery lifecycle experience including planning, prioritizing, release management, testing and operational readiness
Direct experience in payer industry; understanding of all stakeholder groups and interactions with health payers
Direct experience in application optimization planning/road mapping against company strategic goals
Extensive experience with Salesforce and Salesforce management packages (e.g., Vlocity) as well as standard integration tools (e.g.,Mulesoft or similar)
Experience training management and staff on project methodologies, processes, and best practices
Strong executive presence, leadership, and management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), and the ability to influence and persuade
Ability to challenge the status quo and serve as a change agent to drive the business and technology transformation
Ability to interact directly and independently at the C-suite level

Union roles covered by a collective bargaining agreement will compensate in accordance with the union contract.
